Instead of one or two intense, overwhelming weeks in the training, managers are developed as they spend four hours each month for a year building key skills. Two of their four hours per month focus on hard business skills and two focus on personal development related to management and leadership. This potent combination means the already-too-stressed manager quickly gains critical skills to manage more effectively, leaving more time and energy to focus on the organization's bottom-line results.

Participants often report that the greatest value is the exposure to executives from other firms. The cross-pollination and camaraderie developed with other executives is invaluable and serves as a network to solve problems long after the program ends.
