Value 2 Management Training

Train managers to get results at a low time and cost commitment through a new program at the Wright Business Institute.

  • Manage more effectively, from hiring to firing, planning to problem solving
  • Build problem-solving and result-generating managers
  • Gain common management language and tools

Value to Management – or V2M – is a comprehensive, monthly executive training program for managers that will help them in every area from hiring to firing, planning to problem solving and conflict management.

Receive immense value from a small investment of time, energy, and money

Instead of one or two intense, overwhelming weeks in the training, managers are developed as they spend four hours each month for a year building key skills. Two of their four hours per month focus on hard business skills and two focus on personal development related to management and leadership. This potent combination means the already-too-stressed manager quickly gains critical skills to manage more effectively, leaving more time and energy to focus on the organization's bottom-line results.

Meet managers with similar concerns

Participants often report that the greatest value is the exposure to executives from other firms. The cross-pollination and camaraderie developed with other executives is invaluable and serves as a network to solve problems long after the program ends.

Create a management network inside and outside your company

Companies sending more than one person receive even more. Their managers develop a common language and begin to problem-solve complex challenges leading to greater productivity and results throughout the entire organization. Participating in the program becomes a badge of honor and feather in executives' caps.

Developed by Ron Tate of Balance Point International, the course has been delivered successfully in Seattle for over 12 years.
