Engage fully in the adventure of leadership

You are leading all the time. Every interaction you have with others leads them to specific behaviors and outcomes. Hone your leadership skills to intend and generate the results you want to achieve through others during the Wright Business Institute's transformational leadership training programs.

Fuel your leadership with feedback

Achieve higher performance and faster results through feedback during focused leadership training weekends and ongoing supervision with your fellow leadership participants. Leadership peers provide regular feedback in a safe, challenging environment that allows levels of problem solving and honesty rarely found at work.

Develop a clear vision of your leadership potential

Receive potent real-time feedback on your leadership. During the weekends and ongoing supervision, you'll define your strengths and weaknesses and develop a plan for improvement. You'll also identify the results you intend to achieve in your organization and receive coaching on how to reach them quickly.

Invest in your leadership and your organization

The Wright Business Institute's Leadership training program consists of the following elements, which can be done singularly or as a year-long program:

  • Group Leadership Process training weekend, where you'll learn to bring out the best in your teams and make your groups function like high-performing sports teams.
  • Personal Leadership Power weekend, where you'll build your leadership power to influence groups and contribute to individuals and groups.
  • Principled-Centered Leadership training weekend, where you'll learn to lead to strong, principled decisions as you master group leadership and begin to lead by principles such as truth and accountability.

Each weekend is followed by two 8 hour follow-up analysis sessions. Participants then meet for eight supervision and training sessions, in which they discuss specific goals, progress made, and barriers they have experienced.
Individual leadership coaching is also available.

"I have this x-ray vision about how people work together since doing the Process Leadership training. I see the patterns and behaviors underneath the surface of each interaction. In meetings, I identify the source of an issue with my team before it spins out of control. And by monitoring my own feelings, I can assess the unexpressed emotions of others. This gives me tremendous power and effectiveness in any group I'm in."
